A registered nurse for roughly 20 years, Amber held several leadership positions within a large hospital system before joining Medical Solutions. Currently, Amber manages a clinical team who interview and oversee the performance of approximately 2,200 contingent clinicians working in facilities nationwide. She also meets with hospital partners to develop an understanding of their hiring expectations and cultural values. She earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Saint Mary and her BS in Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Prior to joining Medical Solutions, Kim was an ER Nurse Supervisor at a major Magnet facility in Council Bluffs, IA. She also has several years of nursing experience in various specialties, including Med/Surg/Neuro/Ortho and Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology. Kim received her BSN from American Military University and her ADN from Iowa Western Community College.

Phil began his nursing career in the ICU at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, NE. He quickly worked up the ranks and held several hospital-based leadership roles, including Charge, Rapid Response, and Code RN. Later, as the Acute Dialysis Manager for a clinic, he oversaw a team of 20 staff members and ran a CRRT program. Phil joined Medical Solutions in 2016. He earned his BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Natalie has hospital and clinical nursing experience in several specialties, including Ortho/Neuro, Telemetry, Intermediate Care, Medical/Surg, and Cardiology. Prior to joining Medical Solutions in 2015, she was a Nurse Analyst and Medical Review Nurse. Natalie earned her BSN from Clarkson College.
RN, Clinical Nurse Manager
Ann has hospital and clinic nursing experience in several specialties, including Medical/Surgical, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics. Prior to joining Medical Solutions, she was a Nurse Analyst and Medical Review nurse. Ann earned her ASN from Iowa Central College.
RN, CEN, Clinical Nurse Manager
Brooke Coppock recently joined the Medical Solutions team, bringing with her several years’ nursing experience in the ER. Prior to Medical Solutions, Brooke was a nurse supervisor and educator at CHI Health Mercy Emergency Room in Omaha, NE. Before that, she worked in the Step-Down Unit at Bergan Mercy Medical Center. Brooke received her ADN from Iowa Western Community College. Brooke is a certified ER Nurse and a qualified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.
MPH, BSN, RN, Clinical Nurse Manager
Melissa Nguyen joined the Medical Solutions Clinical Team in 2017. Melissa has had previous nursing experience as a Transplant Nurse coordinating heart, liver, lung, pancreas, intestine and kidney transplants throughout the U.S. as well as working as an Organ Procurement Nurse for organ donation. She also worked as a Certified Infection Control Nurse and Certified Nephrology Nurse for both inpatient and outpatient dialysis. Melissa earned her BA in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. She received her BSN from Creighton University and an MPH from Des Moines University.
RN, BSN, CPN, CPEN, Clinical Nurse Manager
Terim joined the Medical Solutions team in 2018. Prior to Medical Solutions, Terim worked as the ED Clinical Nurse Supervisor at a major Magnet pediatric facility in Omaha, NE. A former Travel Nurse, she is an experienced pediatric trauma and Med/Surg nurse leader. Terim received her BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Lisa recently joined Medical Solutions. Lisa’s nursing experience includes working in the OR at OrthoNebraska and the Med/Surg floor at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, IA. She also worked as an RN and LPN at Children’s Respite Care Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Lisa received her ADN from Iowa Western Community College.
